CMU provides business back-office services, software access and education to partners who operate their own funding and credit-services business. We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Partners are independent businesses and are responsible for their own compliance, marketing and client relationships.

Membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing moneymatrixuniversity@gmail.com; fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Results depend on your effort, market and client base. We make no guarantee of income, client volume, funding approvals or credit-score outcomes for you or your clients.

You agree to use the services lawfully, to represent our services truthfully, and not to use our systems for spam, deceptive marketing or unauthorized access.

Scripts, SOPs, training, software and marketing assets are licensed to active members for use in their business and may not be resold or redistributed.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms or chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Money Matrix University LLC (Credit Matrix University) as described below.

• Program description: call reminders and follow-ups about your request, and — only if you separately opt in — promotions, offers and updates.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMU is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means you accept the changes.
